Refund Policy
After payment of fees to Lawgical Guru, we retain the advance in the client’s account. Lawgical Guru then earns the fees while working on the client’s request. During a certain service, we earn fees at different rates and different times depending on the completion of different levels in the process of a service. Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide a refund on earned fee due to the resources and time spent on delivering those milestones. Thus, any nature of earned fees like processing fee, registration fee, payment gateway fee, etc. will not be eligible for a refund. Further, we also cannot refund or credit any money that has been paid to government entities during the course of a service. In any circumstance, Lawgical Guru will only be liable to refund up to a certain amount of fee paid by the client.
Request for Refund
Refund request can be initiated by writing to us at our official email address. All kinds of refund requests must be made within 7 days of availing a service. We will strive to process your request within 10-15 business days of receiving all the necessary information like reason for refund, bank details, etc.
Change of Service
In case you want to change the service for a different one, you must request this change as soon as possible and within 7 days of availing the service. The cost of the original service minus all other earned fees and advance paid to government entities and other parties who played a role in processing your request, will be credited to your account on Lawgical Guru. The user may use such credit for availing any other service on Lawgical Guru.
External Factors Outside our Control
Although we try our best in delivering all service requests quickly and satisfactorily, there are certain external factors which are outside our control. We cannot guarantee the outcome of a particular procedure and service. For example, if the government rejects a trademark application for legal reasons, it is beyond the scope of our service. In other cases, problems with government platforms may lead to prolonged delays before your process can be complete. Problems like this are beyond our control and hence, not eligible for refund.
Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event of any natural calamities like fire, flood, storm, lightning, drought, earthquake, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, etc., Lawgical Guru will not be liable for breach of Satisfaction Guarantee or Refund Policy. Other events that come under “Force Majeure” can be epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague, action of a court or public authority, changes in law, explosions, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockdown, boycott or similar events beyond our control.
Cancellation Fee
Our team of professionals dedicate their time and efforts into delivering each service, and we also incur additional costs in preparing your documents. Thus, our guarantee is only limited to satisfaction issues caused by Lawgical Guru, and not changes in your situation or your state of mind. If you want to halt the processing of your service at any point of time, we will hold the fees paid by you on your account until you are ready to resume the processing of your service.
Further, we reserve the right to make our best effort in completing the service before processing any kind of refund. In case you are not satisfied, a cancellation fee along with earned fees and fees paid to government entities will be applicable. In case you change the service, cancellation fees will not be applicable.
